The right diet Apart from eating the right diet and avoiding unhealthy situations, it’s important not only to avoid stress but also to be active and more aware of your body and mind.
Biofeedback and yoga Let your body and mind relax by using the tried-and-tested methods of yoga or meditation. Learn to recognize and understand your body’s signals. Apart from active measures such as breathing exercises and muscle relaxation, there are also beneficial mental exercises.
Very important: Think and feel positively. Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency can have an adverse effect on your daily life. It’s therefore very important to try keep a positive perspective. Friends and family also have an effect on your wellbeing. Enlist their support. |
